Authenticity

All our pieces are new. Our sourcers buy them directly from the houses, then authenticate them before sending them to you.

Each piece reaches you with its invoice, its certificate and its box. Keep them: they are part of the piece, and go back with it if you return it.

Lutèce sells only authentic pieces. A piece proven not to be authentic does not conform to the contract: you can then end the sale and obtain a full refund on returning the piece. This is the legal guarantee of conformity, set out in section 10 of our terms and conditions of sale.

You also have fourteen days from receipt to withdraw, without giving any reason.

Lutèce is an independent reseller. It is not affiliated with, a partner of, or an authorized retailer of the houses whose pieces it offers; their names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
