Rimowa at Lutèce
Rimowa was born in Cologne, Germany, in 1898, in Paul Morszeck's trunk workshop. The house then turned to aluminum, light and strong, and its suitcases with parallel grooves, inspired by aviation, became its signature. In 2000, it added polycarbonate, lighter still, to aluminum. Built to last, its suitcases and trunks have traveled the world with generations of travelers.
